Welcome to BoardSphere’s board games club and services (“Service”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our club, use of our facilities, events, games, and related services provided by BoardSphere. By joining the club, attending events, or using our Service, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please refrain from participating in any club activities.
Membership and participation in the club are open to individuals who meet the minimum age requirement set by local laws. If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must have consent from a parent or legal guardian to participate. By participating in the club, you confirm that you meet the eligibility requirements.
To join the club, you may be required to create an account or provide personal information. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and all activities conducted under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or misuse of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information or engage in activities that violate these Terms.
By participating in club activities, you agree to use all club facilities, equipment, and games responsibly and in accordance with posted rules and instructions. You must follow all safety and hygiene guidelines while on club premises or attending events.

All games, boards, pieces, cards, and related materials provided by the club remain the property of BoardSphere. Members are responsible for the proper use and care of all materials. Any loss or damage resulting from negligence or misuse may incur additional fees or penalties.
The club may host events, tournaments, or competitions. Participation is voluntary, and all participants must adhere to the rules and guidelines set for each event. Any cheating, collusion, or misconduct may result in disqualification or suspension from future events.
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, or cancel events at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for any loss, inconvenience, or costs incurred due to event changes.
Members are expected to behave respectfully toward other participants, staff, and visitors. Prohibited behavior includes harassment, bullying, offensive language, disruptive conduct, and cheating.
Violation of community conduct standards may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent termination of membership.
Members may create or share content, such as game strategies, reviews, or club-related media. By submitting content, you grant the club a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display your content for club purposes.
You are responsible for ensuring that your submissions do not infringe the rights of others, contain harmful material, or violate laws.
Membership, events, and certain services may require payment. All fees are due upon registration or prior to participation. Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change fees or introduce new charges with reasonable notice.
Participation in board games and club activities may involve minor physical activity or shared equipment. Members agree to follow all safety guidelines and accept responsibility for any personal injury or health issues that may arise during participation. We are not liable for injuries or health problems resulting from participation.
We may collect personal information, including names, contact details, and activity records, to provide and improve our Service. By participating, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your data according to applicable privacy laws.
The Service, including club facilities, events, and games, is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that the Service meets your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoardSphere is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in club activities, including loss, injury, or damage to personal property. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the member for club participation during the previous twelve months.
We may suspend or terminate membership at any time for violation of these Terms or conduct detrimental to the club community. Upon termination, access to club services, materials, and events will cease, and any privileges may be revoked.
Members may also voluntarily terminate their membership by notifying the club.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the club operates. Any disputes shall be resolved under the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts in that jurisdiction.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued participation in club activities after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
